Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage service requests and operations for a designated list of client relationships
  • Increase client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, follow-up on client requests to completion, proactively anticipate client concerns and problem solve
  • Engage with internal teams to assist with new client onboarding process and account transfers
  • Assist Client Service Associates with account requests (e.g., wires, ACH transfers, checks, etc.)
  • Serve as direct contact for client service needs
  • Provide support to internal teams on special projects when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two to four years of professional work experience in client-facing roles, preferably in single or multi-family offices, wealth management or similar industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, enjoys a fast-paced environment, dedicated team player and desire for growth
  • Responds to client communications within 24 hours with most responses within the same day, if possible
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
