Who We’re Looking For
Syon Capital is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager, Client Development and Growth. This role will support the company’s continued growth by enabling the CEO, who is primarily focused on scaling the business, to operate efficiently and proactively. This role ensures day-to-day activities are well organized, priorities stay on track, and key initiatives continue moving forward. The career path for this individual is likely towards becoming a full-time client Relationship Manager and ultimately as Servicing Advisor, directly handling relationships introduced by Syon’s CEO.

We provide a competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus to commensurate with your experience, skills, and qualifications. The base salary range for this position starts at $100,000 to $130,000 for associate level, and $125,000 to $150,000 for manager level. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of 20% to 25% of the base salary.
