Ashish Shah

Ashish is a Private Wealth Advisor and Vice President at Syon Capital, where he develops holistic and curated financial plans for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and family office clients.

Previously, Ashish served as an Investment Advisor at Evoke Advisors where he similarly managed UHNW clients. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager at Oakhurst Capital Management where he oversaw the firm’s fixed income strategies for institutional and retail clients. Prior to Oakhurst, he spent time as a Product Marketing Manager and Consultant analyzing and evaluating the e-commerce and business intelligence marketplace for Escalate, a venture backed start-up, and Sun Microsystems. Ashish began his career as an Equity Research Associate at JPMorgan Chase (formerly Hambrecht & Quist) where he analyzed and published investment recommendations on enterprise software companies for institutional investors.

Ashish holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Environmental Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC where he was the recipient of the Guildford C. Babcock Endowed Scholarship.

In his free time, Ashish enjoys running Ragnar relay races, tennis, travel, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
