Client Service Manager

Nancy serves as the Client Service Manager at Syon Capital, where she strives to provide individuals and families with exceptional customer service and personalized support. She also specializes in account administration and operational efficiency.

Nancy is a San Francisco native, born and raised. She began her banking career at Bank of America in 2016 where she worked in several operational roles. In 2020, she began a new role as a Senior Client Advocate within Bank of America’s Home Loan department where she quickly took on a managerial role in supporting phone Client Service Reps. She joined Ash Chopra’s team at Merrill Private Wealth Management in 2021 and eagerly joined Syon Capital at its inception in September 2022.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Francisco State University. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, a State Certified Notary Public, and pursuing her Series 65.

In her free time, Nancy enjoys cooking, binge-watching shows, hiking, swimming, playing tennis, and spending time with her two dogs and loved ones.
